Workout

Wake up – 5:00 am
Arrive at gym – 5:15 am
Workout time: 40-45 min

This workout is designed to work out the chest and triceps. This is a great work out if you have ever had shoulder surgery and cannot do a ton of weight. This work out should take about 40-45 min.

  • Bench Press –  3 x 15
  • Chest Press – 3 x 10
  • Fly – 3 x 10
  • Cable crossover – 3 x 10
  • DB bent over row – 3 x 10
  • {Dips – 3 x 10
    SUPER SET
  • DB kick back – 3 x 10}
  • V-bar tricep pushdown – 3 x 10
  • 1/2 mile run
