- Bench Press – 3 x 15
- Chest Press – 3 x 10
- Fly – 3 x 10
- Cable crossover – 3 x 10
- DB bent over row – 3 x 10
- {Dips – 3 x 10
SUPER SET - DB kick back – 3 x 10}
- V-bar tricep pushdown – 3 x 10
- 1/2 mile run
